Alan Weinreb is the founder of The Law Offices of Alan Weinreb, PLLC and has spent his entire legal career in the mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO and title fields. After graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, Mr. Weinreb received his law degree from Pace University. Mr. Weinreb was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984.

C. Lance Margolin concentrates his practice in the area of lender representation. The vast bulk of his time is devoted to default matters such as foreclosures, REO’s, evictions and title litigation. Mr. Margolin’s clients include Carrington Mortgage, , Chase Home Mortgage, Select Portfolio, Selene Finance, Kondaur, Green River Servicing, First American Default Services, Prime Asset Fund, IMB Bank and other nationally known lenders and loan servicing companies. The roster includes Cremac Servicing, Meridian Asset, NRT REO Experts, West Coast Servicing and others.
Mr. Margolin’s client roster also includes scores of local and national landlords. This presence has given him the expertise necessary to be chosen as a featured lecturer by the Nassau County Bar Association for its Continuing Legal Education course entitled “Real Estate Law for Attorneys”.
A 1983 graduate of the University of Bridgeport School of Law (now known as Quinnipiac School of Law), Mr. Margolin was admitted to practice law in New York in 1984. Since that time, he has been admitted to both the Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts in New York.
